Day 1: I have never ventured into attempting an abstract piece before, so this was very new to me. I began this piece by applying curvy lines onto a large canvas. These lines were either blue, yellow, or green. While continuing to add more and more paint, I realized that the center of my painting began to look very muddy.

Day 2: By day two, my primary goal was to make my painting look the least muddy as possible. I continued my curvy line applications, but introduced a pink color. I additionally added some drips under a dark blue line, which ended up looking messy so I painted over it the next day.

Day #3: My primary goal on this day was to clean up my piece and make the lines and shapes more clear. By the end of this day, I realized that my painting would benefit from some texture as well as bringing back a bit of the messy element.
